One month down

Good feeling to have broken 1 month of this project today.
I'm finding friday nights the toughest to negotiate. I think I have been hardwired since a very early age that fridays are a day to let it all go. Its difficult coming back home in the evening for a piece of steamed fish, when everyone else I know in the world is smashing at least 6 pints of strong continental lager and moving on from there.
Went for a run with Roland and a few pals yesterday morning and that made me insatiably hungry all day, but have been good and yet to succumb to the temptations, it really does get easier mentally.
Its great never to be plastic Dad too at the weekends, I am all there, no hangovers or energy slumps.
Could make a habit of this.

Temptation Kitchen

My wife (Suzanne) is nearly 8 months pregnant. That is to say, no matter where I am in the kitchen, the fridge, cupboard, freezer or even cutlery drawer - there is some sparkling, foil covered, dirty little chocolate beauty winking back at me. 2 weeks in and I am getting the upperhand on them.
I really thought my sweettooth would have come a cropper by now.

Loving the exercises, but not the lunges... would rather sniff a dragonfruit than the lunges.

Sleep patterns a bit suspect, having no problems drifting off but waking a few times during the night, not sure if its them chocolates calling me or something else, but small complaints overall after the first fortnight.

Eggs

Eggs - Never liked them. 2 a day is gonna be a struggle. I only ever eat them in my CAKES.

Root Canal

Root Canal at the dentist + Seriously starving all day = Well miserable geyser
